Wow we all need to shape up and take off some pounds right away from the looks of things, have you done any people watching lately as you sit on a bench or something; man everyone looks is starting to look like a giant pear, what is with all of this the quality of food people eat is so bad for them and the amount of a person plate of food is just not acceptable. And how many of these people do you see walking into a grocery store caring their own personal oxygen cylinder, my goodness what is becoming of us and what is to become of our children that we are subjecting them with our faults; we are killing off our own children. We are not going to have to wait for God to come down and strike us down he is allowing us to do it to ourselves through gluttony on everything existing around us; and with a question for you, do you exercise regularly or even at all, do you park as close to the grocery store as possible instead of walking ten cars length. Why can’t you at least purchase some used exercise equipment or a used treadmill; if you walked a nice steady pace for twenty minutes every day you will lose weight and start building up stamina and enjoy your new used fitness equipment, if you want to live past fifty then you better do something.
Even if a person found a partner to walk with on a daily basis or even four times a week it can become very important to your health and well being, and it is a proven fact that walking for twenty minutes a day can drop ten to twenty pounds off of those hips in just weeks; so why are you waiting for so long to begin caring for your own health.
Most people seem to wait for something bad to happen to themselves before they consider the possibilities of making life changing decisions such as smoking cigarettes and drinking excessively and over eating to an extreme to the point that they can hardly breathe or walk without huffing and puffing; it is really scary to see how this generation has let themselves go.
People need to get into shape on a regular basis by purchasing or renting some of the workout trainings discussed earlier even if they went to a friend’s house that had some of these machines, they could even do it together and encourage one another; half the battle seems to be that you might get board after ten minutes or so, but if you had a partner to work out with it could make all the difference in the world and you would both benefit to an extreme.
Don’t give up on yourself or your loved ones make a decision to start working out regularly by finding some second hand workout machinery and make the difference right away; so get on the ball and set yourself a goal, but don’t go to high by setting small paces for yourself and don’t try to reach too far too fast you will reach smaller goals much quicker and easier.
